Queensland Brides
At the beginning of 2021, I planned, designed and organised a concept Wedding Styled Shoot under my company, Chic Brisbane Events, that we were fortunate to then have chosen to feature in Queensland Brides Online.
Bringing together a team of some of Queensland's creme de la creme Wedding vendors (all of whom I can thoroughly recommend to you) to collaborate, my dream was to introduce couples to a fresh approach to creating their Wedding palette - one which was eclectic, elegant and "city", exuding the confidence of delicious quirkiness. 2021 is the year when we are seeing couples doing everything their own way and exactly to their individual tastes, whether it be in venue choice, colour theming or original concept elements added to their day and night. This shoot combined elements that gestured towards the traditional, set against the mishmash designer backdrop of LaLa Land.

Factory 51
I was approached by the marketing department of Factory 51 (a stunning industrial chic Event and Wedding Venue in Coorparoo - well worth a look if you love this style) to answer some questions about having live music at your Wedding.
Reflecting on my many many years as a Wedding and Events singer, I was able to draw on my varied experience to shed some light onto the undeniable value of creating a beautifully inviting, celebratory ambience through mindfully investing in live musicians. There are some important details to be aware of, and it's always a wonderful idea to thoroughly plan the musical journey of your day and night, and I cover all these points in this article.
